Help Guys, I am having the dreaded "dead tranny" issues with my CTD. Who can we trust to rebuild it right? Where can I get a HD Reman trans without feeling like I've been bent over? We have a local guy with a good reputation, $2000.00/stock rebuild. I dont plan on getting rid of the truck, should I spend $$ on upgrades? which one give the most for the $$. I think the first should be the converter.....your thoughts??????? Randy

 

spend the money to get the tranny rebuilt with an upgradedvalve body and torque converter and if you have a little left over get a billet input shaft as well.
