Help with Buying/Price!
Purchasing a 2007 2500 5.9L SLT. Pretty standard config other than the GPS/nav, infinity stereo and alum wheels. The MSRP on this guy is $48,410. They quoted me over the phone...$41,414. Can I get them to go lower?
Will this 5.9L be better than my 2005 F250 6L? mileage, drivability?

I think most guys are getting about at least $10k off sticker. I got $11k of mine and was happy $44k-$33k. Didn't think there were any 5.9's left maybe that's why they want a little more.
DAMN RIGHT!

10K off is a pretty good rule of thumb, a little more is possible though (assuming no trades and all that crap). However, if you found a 5.9L still, equiped the way you want,I wouldbe happy just to have found one

The dealer here still has an truck just like mine in black and auto, don't know how, but I pass by it every other day, it is a beautiful machine. Iwanted a 6spd manual, so I took whatever color I could find before it was too late.

paid $33K for mine. You should be able to do better. Mine stickered for $45 (I think). If you can get a loan before getting there for a set amount you can go it like you have cash. That'll talk to them.
