Default Catch bottle

I installed a small catch bottle to my vent tube to keep the drips off my driveshaft and driveway. Didn't make the truck any faster but thought you guys might like the idea.

I've been meaning to do the same thing. Looks like a good idea to me.

So simple and yet SOOOO perfect !! It'll definately keep the drips off of the driveway. Can you still smell oil after you do an oil change or haven't you done one yet? I relocated mine just to get rid of that oil smell.

AWESOME idea !!

HEY MODS ...FLOAT IT in the DIY's!!

I don't know about how the tube is attached but the bottle is plastic and don't weigh anything. It'll be quite a while before next oil change. I just did oil in Oct. That's when it started dripping and I got the idea. It might have dripped before but I had the bad vac pump seal and oil was pretty much everywhere.
