Safe Programer Limit?
generaly keep it under 100hp over stock. . . .but if your easy and watch your EGT's some have gone farther.
at 425hp things were getting quite warm, but EGT's were still manageable (TST Smarty stack) on TDR one guy put down over 500hp on the dyno, stock turbo, sticks, CP3, clutch, and cam. only addition was a fass setup to keep the CP3 happy. I cant remember the EGT's but they had to be getting in excess of 1500F. to fuel that kind of power with the stock turbo.

#3 and #4 is safe for an otherwise stock truck. as far as injector upgrades, you would be amazed how far the stock injectors can be pushed. then it becomes physical limits of the design on the injectors to be able to flow enough fuel.
