I sugjest that you call him direct and try to work things out. And if that doesn't work and tou payed via Paypal, file a complant with Paypal and 90% of the time Paypal will refund your money from the seller.

Well I will say this, it is VERY expensive to send large items...by large I mean anything bigger than an envelope Overseas. Plus shipping can take up to three months to get there, if you buy the "cheap shipping"
I once sent a package to Macedonia, it was $57 dollars to go via slow Boat and would be there anywhere from3-4 weeks to 3-4 months, or for $100+ dollars I could send via Air and be there in a week.
This package was fairly heavy, but would have been less than 20 bucks to send across the US. I chose the $57 dollar method and it took my friend 2 1/2 months to get it.
I am not trying to defend anyone here, just explaining that the mail system to those far away places is not the cheapest, most reliable, or quickest.
