I would say most of the bugs have been worked out. I have 8,000 miles on mine with no real problems yet (knock on wood). My 'check engine' light came on a few times during the summer, but went out on its own with no actions taken by me. Dodge just notified us a couple weeks ago about a recall for all the 6.7L engines. They need to replace the oxygen sensor and update the ECM software. A few of the guys on this forum and over at TDR have had their turbochargers replaced under warranty for some reason.

I think the 6.7L is wonderful. It's very smooth and torquey. The biggest complaint so far is that the fuel economy seems to be 10-20% worse than the 5.9L, although most of us are still in the break-in period. Mine started out at about 12 MPG and has slowly improved. Currently I'm getting 15-16.

Mines been having emission problems. Back to shop 7 or 8 times in 5200 miles. Right now waiting for wiring harness which hopefully fixes. So far engine and trans have been good but they cant seem to straighten out emissions.

I picked mine up Last Monday and have put 3000 trouble free miles. Average about 16-18 mpg even seen it at 19.5 for a while. Great power and torque. quiet and smooth. LOVE IT!!!

No real complaints. But keep in mind that it is a very new emission system that may have a few problems.
