Way to go mayfair for finding that on sears.......but did everyone know we may not agree with what hollywood types do or say. But Denzel Washington, asked during a visit to San Antonio and the military burn unit, how much would another house that is like a ronald mcdonald house for veterans families cost, he pulled out his check book and wrote a check to fund another one for more space. The only mainstream paper that picked up article was the local San Antonio paper. Good Job Denzel!!!!!!

 

Fortunately or unfortunately, the VA and the military weren't or couldn't prepare quickly enough to take care of their own.

Here in San Antonio, in addition to the family houses, the private sector came together filling the void to build the "Center for the Intrepid" a $50,000,000 state of the art rehab center for our burn and amputee war vets. It was built with private money, years quicker than the government could have done. It'sadjacent to BAMC at Ft Sam.
