and your not hand calculating the mileage to huh??!

there is no way he'll get 25 mpg, he has to be reading the overhead comp aka lie-o-meter.do a hand calculation of it and you'll see your true mileage.

My brother get 24 mpg hand calculated (at least that is what he says.) He has the 5.9 with a 6 speed and the superchip and said that is driving it right on the highway no faster than 65 mph, I don't know that is true but He doesn't usually lie to me.

From what I have seen, the Edge is much more reliable and less destructive than the Bully Dog.

I'm 100% sure the manual trannies would get better mileage, but mid 20's??

talked with Jason of Dieselnutmotorsports today... he mentioned he got 20 coming back from Washington hauling ***. he's got the twins & 100 hp injectors plus a box of some sort (tst IIRC).

road conditions have a lot to do with it. I once got 22 mpg out of a 7.3 powerstoke that in the city got only 7 mpg.(all hand calculated). In other words a good tail wind could bump you on up there but you won't get it most of the time.
