That's what I have - a 3.5 AeroXL. Had I known then I probably would have gotten a new 4" downpipe, but it's done now and it sounds great. Couldn't you have sent it back for the 3.5"?

Who knows...I bought it off ebay for around $200 with it shipped I think and never thought about sending it back. I just always planned on going to a 4" but never got around to it. And now I have to replace the lift pump and batteries, so I figured the exhaust will be waiting for quite some time. Plus, there's no drone or anything with it straight piped, so I'm in no hurry.

I am a aero dealer, and nobody around here wants them, or even heard of them for that matter. I think in the past 2 years we have installed only a handful. wish they would kick up the advertising a little.

Since i bought my Cummins, Aero is the only diesel muffler I have heard about. Honestly, I don't know of another brand.

I got my Aero from Verocious. They were the only place I knew of at the time that sold them.

Didn't Aero just go public or someting?

I put the 2525 on our durango and really love the sound of it. Eventually I want to bump it up to a 3" exhaust because it's still a little restrictive, but much better than stock.

for our installs we use alot of ar25's very compact for most custom applications. but there has not been a demand as of yet for the rest of there products.

Id say Im 50/50 pleased with my Aero. Its not loud, but you can hear it. Somedays I wished a had a straight pipe, but the Aero does get louder when I pull my horse trailer.

do you have any pics of the Aero instaled on the Durango? My buddy just got one and he wants to change the exhaust on it, but pretty much because he doesn't like the way it "looks" ,not because of the way it sounds
