it wont list the axel ratio's on the door, they will be in the glove box. . .however if you want to know the build list PM member parts/service with the VIN, he'll get back with you on what came on the truck from the factory
I bought a used 99 and the specs are under the hood. I'm not sure if the "info sheet" was moved, or if that's it's original location. I Just thought I'd mention it.

Well, I've Swapped Gears then....The 01 that I was looking at had the 4.10's in it...I came across another one (Same price, bout 15.5) in Greeley with 125k on the ticker this morning....Unfortunately, Colorado is one of those Lovely Blue Law states...So we dont sell cars here on Sundays....But I think I'm going to head and check that one out. It's actucally at a Dodge Dealership...So It may end up being a better buy than just one off the Local Used Car Lot...My Other question I would throw out there is What would the better fuel addative be to use? Since I work in the hills, My Lieutentant Says that All of the gas stations around here are using winterized diesel, But I was also told to add in something that increases the Sulfur content of it...Dunno, but I thought Id Ask

I Stand Corrected, It Still is an 01, There is 133 on the Ticker...It's Completely passed the Diesel Service Check at the Local Dealership in Greeley (According to an email that I just got) However, I'm going to have my own mechanic look at it so I know what's Working and What isn't. It Has The Banks Exhaust System on it, The Lifter and That Water Deal Replaced....The Dealership is apparently putting on all new tires and Brakes (front and Rear) and That's about all I know of it...

I'm Still going to shoot the wind with this one and Go Take it for a spin on Monday, So we'll Just See what happens..

well, that other ram had a MAJOR tranny issue, and the origional one that Im going to buy Has 3.55's in it....So not great, but better than the 4.10's...I actucally closed that deal today, The truck cost me about 13,600 with taxes, So Im not complaining too much...

How do ya go about programming the keyless remotes though? It had keyless, and the origional owmer Lost the remote....

On a different note, that lifter pump was replaced at 160k, so I SHOULD be in good shape....We'll see what happens, for now...Im going to just enjoy driving it

the 3.54's will be better on mileage than the 4.10's. the lower the RPM you can turn on these engines the better the mileage.

If you only have one remote key you will need to take it to a dealer to get it done and its not cheap.
