horn will not shut offf
I have a 2004 ram 5.9 with factory security system. Horns went one night while truck was sitting in the garage. I could not reset the alarm had to pull fuse. Now if truck sits for a couple of days batteries are drained enough it will not start. Horn fuse is still removed.
Any ideas!!!

Try this, Disconect the batteries, charge them up. put the fuse back in. before you install the batteries turn the ignition to on position. connect batteries.See if that resets it. if not check the codes
I have seen several Rams that needed the horn pad replaced for just this reason. The horn was stuck on, but the alarm was not activated. We had a few just go off sitting on the lot, no lights flashing but the horn was stuck on.
an old vehicle I had many years ago had a horn pad isuue. 3am it went off. went out to figure the prob and actually watched the pad depress itself!!!
needless to say, I was spooked and yanked the whole horn pad off!!
I dont own fords for that and many otherreasons

Even though you disconnected the horn, the relay probably still gets power, hence the dead batteries after a few days. Try pulling the horn relay too and see if your dead battery problem goes away.
