If you can't afford or don't want to buy photo shop, check out Gimp for Windows. (It's just as clunky, hard to learnand non-intuitive as PS, but once you get the hang of it, works.)

It's free...

No option for me either, I have it here at work but rarely use it. I know how to if I need it, but I'm not very proficient.
Don't run windows at home, so I use Gimp for the few times I need it there.

Yup, I've got it... and around here am a bit afraid to admit that I am quite proficient with it. Design/advertising is my profession. Of course, that also means I live in the Mac world, which further means I have little understanding of how you Windows "users" keep from going mad.

How do we windows users not go mad? Who said we aren't?

I'm a windows admin by trade, and I run 4 linux boxes and only 1 windows laptop (wife makes me) at home... .that's how I stay semi-sane.

large doses of prozac usualy do the trick.
