guys thanx for the info. yeah, he put a lot miles on it. he runs a hot shot service and got in good with trane air conditioners here in tyler, tx and was running ac's to buffalo, ny as fast as he could. amazing how many miles he put on this thing.

 

Mike's Custom trucks up here in ND will sleeve them. I had them do the orings in my truck and he gave me a tour of his shop. He had a 12V that had a bad casting and when he went to bore it there was a weak spot in the cylinder wall. He put a sleeve in that and it was on it's way back together. Mike specializes in the diesel pickups.

Running dually pickup truck with trailer instead of semi. It's what I do for a living too.

 

dont necessarily have to use a dually. . .Ive seen some hot shotters with SRW trucks. . .however the dually is more stable.
