Sounds pretty costly, dont really sound very cost efficient(spelled) for the gas savings.

It is with these low geared g56 trucks. I drive a lot of interstate milesand saves me 3 cents a mile in fuel so 130,000 or 140,000 miles then its paid for itself. A long time I know but that's 140,000 miles at higher speeds with lower engine rpms and less wear on the engine.

US Geardoesn't make anything for ag56 only the nv5600. Also they are getting out of the light duty applications such as these don't even know if you can get one anymore for annv5600. There's a unit called the Mitchell overdrive that has no electronics but they don't make those anymore either. There was a guy on DTR that slapped one on his truck he got from ebayand it was pretty slick had an extra gear shifter.
