well if I caculated right my truck is costing me .332 a mile which isnt much higher than you. Man I was really lookin for a way to get my diesel. bad part is that truck is about 300 miles away from me

That's a pretty decent price. I would try and hagle a little bit. I bought my 04 with 19600 miles on it for 29K. I bought it as you see it, other than the performance stuff. If you could get them down to 27 or 28, I would say go for it.

i am waiting to hear back from the bank so we shall see. I guess it depends on what they give me for my truck and if ill be bent over again? so its a waiting game again.

one of the best times to negotiate on the trade in is when the papers are in front of you. Don't be afraid to get up and walk out. even come back for a different salesman.

One more word of caution. Have a different dealer run the VIN to make sure it is not flagged for voided warranty. With all the performance upgrades it may be. Parts / Service may be able to get a service history for you too.

For that price I would say look for a new one, unless it is out of the budget? I saw an 06 about8-10 months ago equiped exactly like mine only stock wheels and tires and only 12,000 miles. The guy was only asking 28000. It was 5.9L auto 4x4 quad cab short bed Big Horn Metalic Gray.
