Just to make this clear I'm not lookin for a new GF , just a plumber. 
As for her brother, that dipstick got his insurance company to cover it.

Sounds like he sounds like the kind that got insurance to pay for his screwup and wonder why his premimums went up.

Ask if he wants to go muddin, take him to the biggest pit u know. Let him sink water lock engine flood the truck, then put it in 2 wheel drive and say "oo damn i cant seem to even move ur truck" and give him a ride home and then pick his sister up the peace out.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but since you know the truth (you were there), you have an obligation to report this as insurance fraud. Rampant incidences of fraud like this result in premium increases for all of us.
