Default damn...hit a dead end!

As yall know, I had my local tranmission shop who I know farely well build me a alright transmission to hold what I have done to my truck. Well, We thought the torque converter went that he had put in. He replaced it under warrenty. Then, it was acting like it has a busy 3-4 shift or to me it seems as if it isnt locking but the computer is reading as a perfect lock. So I brought it to the dealer, there is no update on the TCM at all. So, now back to t he begining. It is NOT the brand new torque converter, the TCM is up to date, and the battery connections are perfectly tight!

ANY ideas at all what could be causing this. When I drive around town, I keep OD OFF and it hardly does it at all. And on the innerstate I put overdrive back on and it is fine over 65. But below 65 with overdrive on, it is most likely going to do it.

its not a BIG deal, it just sucks!

Did you ever track down all the ground connections (not at the battery, but the other end)? That seems to come up over and over with the second gens. Someone with personal experience should come along soon to elaborate.

what about your speed sensors? you may have damage to the wiring or a bad sensor. I know there is one on the diff but check into the tranny and see if there is one there as well. also, what about the TV setup??? is it setup right?
