Welcome, Kyle. Not too many years ago I had an '86 F150 with a carbureted 4.9 and a 4-speed manual. It had absolutely no options and there was a big hole in the dash where the AM radio was supposed to be! For a gas engine that 4.9 is bulletproof. I guess yours is fuel injected, since it's an '89. Sounds like a fun truck.

thatnsk again guys. ya its 4.9 efi and it has pulled evrything i have wanted it to and it has pulled some heavry things its an ok truck but as i said i have always wanted my big cummis lol so i figure i might as well get one when im young and have a disposable income
