Default after adjusting the trans to throttle...

I still lack the "kick down" on the trans.

my question is.. after reading all the posts about lift pump failures and lack of performance..could it be that my lift pump went out, or is going out on my old ctd??

I have adjusted the trans to fi pump shift cable so it reacts faster when you jam the peddle. off and on it growls deep as it reaches for the heavy spool up and kick down, but not so much any more.

in the past, you hit the peddle, it would kick down and blast black as you ran and the rpms howled... but now its like the viagra ran out or something....

any ideas?

thanks
