Overflow Cannister

Default Overflow Cannister

The Dodge dealership tells me I need to clean and empty the overflow cannister on my 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Turbo Deisel. Can anybody tell me where tofindthis cannister?

Are you talking abou the oil overflow canister, or the radiator?

when your looking at the front of the engine there is a round plastic thing on the front of the engine. There is a hose coming out of the top of it that runs straight down into a canister. That is the one you need to drain. Easiest way is if you got a fluid vac. Just pull the hose off and suck the oil out of the canister.
