ORIGINAL: Aero Ram

I got lucky the little holes didn't do any warpin the press wouldn't fix. I did have a bit of a gap in some of the larger diameter bits though, so you can see a lil warping in the pic, however with a press we got it all straightened back out in a snap...Good INFO though buzzy had it not been sunday I woulda gone and got the right bit for it I just got used to the bigger city life and everything always open and forgot the smalltown shuts down on Sunday...lol
Oh don't feel bad. I have been a Machinist all my life and I know my metals and tools. But I was in a hurry and it was sunday. I wasn't about to go find a hardware store and just used regular drills to install the Tailgate Fin.
Those holes you have to drill are HUGE. The small pilot holes did great but when I drilled the first big hole.......HOLY ZHIT!! Warped like hell and made a square hole when it broke thru and grabbed!!

Those look damn good. I was the same way with the pyro install, I almost couldnt bring myself to drill into the manifold. X2 on the nightshot of your truck, we HAVE to see it

Man Aero, I must say I have been jealous of your truck and now I am even more. You truck is how I wish mine was, except I only have a Hemi, but otherwise mine is similar to yours.

Heres some night pics for lil froggy and burban, the cam sucks at night and the whole truck is covered in dew, you can tell they are pretty bright even with the lens fogged up....

i got the same exact lights from recon........ LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE LOOK!!! those pictures dont do justice for how they look at night, the LED's really put out a diffrent light than the bulbs that stock have. nice job on adding them...... roof lights really upgrades the trucks "beefiness" or atleast they do IMO[:-]

just a little side note and im wondering if anyone has the same problem.....

i bought my set because my stock ones were leaking, water was coming thru and dripping from my passanger visor swing arm. now that i installed these i figured they would of sealed better and i assumed problom was fixed untill it rained again and now instead of the passanger side dripping MY SIDE DRIPS[:@] anything think it would be a bad idea to silicone around them??
