Default oil leak (rear main??)

Ok was under the truck looking at extending the vent hose for crank case and noticed alot of oil between trans and block hoping its not the rear main ,will pull inspection covertomorow in the light and see what i find . The trick only got 15500 miles so this should not be happening

It wasn't blow-by from the vent hose?

that would be the first thing I would look at. . .that same area of my truck is completely nasty, all because of the vent hose.

See what happens when I bust his chops???

I gave him a rash of it one day over lunch cause he wasn't letting me help do stuff on the truck....next thing I know he's talking about me washing the undercarrage during a 15,000 mile service.

Whoo -- Hoo!! I should put my foot down a little more often
