I have an Edge Juice w/ Attitude on my 6.7L. I was part of the beta test for Edge, so I've probably had it on my truck longer than anybody else who has a 6.7L. The various Juice levels give a definite power increase. One issue I have experienced is that on any power level other than zero (stock), you get a lot of soot in the exhaust that seems to plug up the diesel particulate filter (DPF). The obvious solution to that is to remove the cat and DPF, but if you just cut them off the engine computer gets funky readings from the exhaust sensors and it may go into "limp" mode. There is a company called H&S Performance that has developed a "delete kit" that includes a pipe with flange that replaces the cat and DPF, plus it has some kind of black box that connects to the engine computer so itforgets toregenerate and won't go into limp mode. Apparently they are still working out the kinks but it works pretty well. A few weeks ago I got an e-mail from them saying that they only produced them with aluminized steel pipe so far but intend to make a stainless version soon.

I understand that AFE makes air filter andintake kits for the 6.7L, and their products are popular with the Cummins owners on this forum. Personally I don't think thata less restrictive air intakealone will give you more power, butalong with other mods it probably helps at least a little.

Enjoy your new Ram. I ordered mine in March 2007 andI took delivery inabout eight weeks.

I bought the edge for my 2000 and it took about a week to screw up my vp44..I added a bd electric fuel pump to help it out, sold the edge and put the superchip in, had no more problems after that, so I'm not crazy about the edge. Yes it gave more power but the probelms was not something I wanted....So, having said that, I have been looking at the TS MP-8 for this new truck..has anyone used this on the 6.7 and if so, your thoughts please....
