cool, 2 things though... dont give notice until that offer is agreed upon and be prepared to be walked out the door when you give notice. seen that done several times at some companies I've been at. I think it just depends on the company & type of work, but just be prepared.

I too have heard of people being ushered out of the door upon giving notice, although I believe if you give notice and they choose to usher you out, I THINK the company is still on the hook for the 2 weeks pay.
