Default Replaced Sway Bar Bushings...

I just finished replacing the two bushings on the sway bar. I only took me about 45 minutes and the two new bushing cost $35 at the dealer. I had a horrible clunking sound coming from the front end and that's what led me to replacing these. The sound is completely gone and the truck feels a little more solid on rough roads. Thanks to Parts/Service for the information he provided to me.

Ever since I replaced the bushings I have a horrible squeak coming from what I guess are the new bushings. I didn't put any grease on them, didn't know I needed to. Should I have? It squeaks at low speeds like in parking lots or when I have the truck in park and I turn the wheels. Anything I can do? Do I need to remove them and grease?
