Hi List,

Enjoying my "just under 7k miles" 2500 Diesel Laramie, but distressed that when it downshifts (when moving between city blocks) from 2nd to 1st, it jolts pretty hard. Doesn't do this when coming off of a ramp on a highway or in slower decelerations. Only with the faster decels.

(I know, its not supposed to be in a city)

But, truly it jolts hard. Any of you experiencing this?

mine does it sometimes as well. but it seems to do it when the tranny and motor are not quite up to the temp. it needs to be. when they reach there temps i have not had it do it very offen, but it is a good little jolt in there.
