the toe is the easier one to set. I would move them both in one direction in equal amounts and see how it does. if it pulls 1 way or the other, than you may need to back off on that side some. ideally it should track straight if its set right. I have to add that I have not messed with the caster adjustments myself, only the toe... so my advice is what I'd do...not from experience
