Default wind noise

hey all, i was just wondering if anyone else gets a tremendous amound of wind noise coming from what sounds like the seals around the front driver door. it starts once i get going about 60 ir so. when i get to about 80, it's really howling. at 100 and over, it sounds like you have an air compressor needle shoved in your ear and i cant hear the engine or my radio above it. it could be coming from the passenger side too, but i have no way to tell... any ideas???

Could be that the better half wants to ride "inside" and the faster you go the more they want in?

Check door alignments, or you may have bad door seals, they are known to be somewhat troublesome on some trucks.

Somebody said there was a TSB on this but I couldn't find it. Sounds like a warranty issue.

i cant find where it come from or feel any air entering the cab whit my hands tough

if its covering the radio or the engine its seriously mad,i cant imagine spending alot of time like this :P

I had my door seals replaced 3 times in my 04 the last time finally fixed it these trucks have a design flaw in the way the door wraps around the windshield and catches the air...dealer took care of it asap hope this helps

Ok I am not recomending that anyone try this but I read this on some site, hell it might have even been on here that I read it. Some guy said he opened the door, put his knees against the inside of the door and pulled the top of the door towards him. This will bend the frame around the window slightly and fit tighter against the seals when closed. Suposedly it works but I don't think I have the ***** to go out and bend my door.
