i don't have enough knowledge yet on the hitches out there. there is an rv show coming next week and i'm going to feel out the questions there. i was also going to go with a prodigy but cowboy mentioned he has had problems with them so that is another q on my list, did the air bags two weeks ago and the gauges have all been done so my short list is getting shorter. when we did a tour of the rapter they had the '12 there and that is what we checked out, they are nice, but, and this is only us, i didn't need the bed lift in the back, and like i said we both really liked the den.

one thing i know for sure, i'm really glad i bought the dually, again that is just me.

 

Yeah, I don't have a dually, my short list includes the hitch, Edge juice with A2(going in next week) and at least airbags/helper springs. There are alot fo hitch options out there and every manufacturer will tell you they are the best. Make sure to do some research.

 

I seen Truck-U installed a max brake controllerthat come with a fitting that goes in between the brake line and the master cylinder and a pressure senor picks up the pressure your applying and sends it via wire to the controller and you get just braking you need

 

I was gonna change over to the prodigy. I hadn't heard alotof issues?

 

WOW, that's a very nice trailer. What's the weight of it? I will be very courious to know how your truck pulls it. Around where I live, Portland, Oregon, I have never seen a Cummins pulling a trailer that big. Only Dmaxes and Powerstrokes. I wish I knew why. Keep us posted on how your truck pulls it.

 

15,500 max, the reason i went with the cummins is because of it's pulling ability, and yes, i will keep the board informed.
