Default waste gate

I read in the forum about bypassing it and I asked my friend bout it and he told me to get a turnbuckle (those things for screen doors) and use that to hold the wastegate it place holding it to the valve that the rod connects too. Havent seen how it works yet

A 2001 should hit about 25 PSI without any modification. I think the waste gates are set around 25PSI.
