Default tranny questions

my truck is an 04 3500 4X4 automatic trans. about 15,000 miles ago my truck was acting up when i would take off from a complete stop. it was acting like it couldnt make up its mind what gear it wanted to go into. i took in, they replaced the torque converter and rebuilt the tranny. that was at 67,000 miles they gave me 12,000 worth of warranty on they work that they did. now, at 82,000 miles, it is doing the exact same thing and i am out of warranty. i dont pull anything heavy ( a 16' trailer with a 4 wheeler), i have no chip or programmer and i drive it easy. any reason why this happening?

I believe there is a TSB on some type of a governor sensor. Get them to check your bands as well.
