TC drain?
Ok I'm getting all ready to do my 15,000 mile service and pulling information together. So I've got one last dummies question.
What is the drain procedure to drain the stock TQ converter? Is it sealed and I just shouldn't worry about it or is there a drain on it? Should I use compressed air to blow out the lines to the transmission cooler?
Pics would be a good thing

if you want to do a full flush, you can either go to the shop. or removed the line that goes from the trans into the external cooler. run a tube/clear hose into a huge drain pan or bucket. start it, leave it in neutral replace fluid as it drains until it is nice and clean. turn off truck, then you have all fresh fluid. or you can just change the filter and fluid in the pan.
lilfroger,
With only 15K (its not required to be serviced until 30K ) you Don't need to have it flushed unless you have burnt fluid. All you need to do is have them drop the pan install a new filter and fill it back up with good quality synthetic fluid, Amsoil. What ever brand of ATF you use make sure they only use ATF+4 fluid as I've read about some shops installing the wrong fluid and you can guess what happens to a trans with the wrong fluid in it [:'(]
