typical man move there Mayfair.....encase no one else noticed (since you are all guys)
there is an un-used piece left on the table if you follow his directions

he left 2 IMPORTANT pieces un-used on the table.
the roll pin
and
some little black pin that I am not too sure about.
the black and silver disks are the 2 different exterior trim colors..
ya think the diagram would be in the fsm??

A, B, and C all fit together onthe outside of the window.
W is window

D against inside of glass
E over D
F into D and E with groove closest to glass
G screws through F,E and D, into A
make sure taller part of F is pointing proper direction to allow latch to rotate proper direction.
I goes into J at 1 end woth point sticking out.
once A through G are installed and set correctly, insert I/J point into K with black point out.
insert K through L with snub end sticking out of latch handle. spring will stick out back side of latch.
place H over F on E and position L* on F.
hold tight to window.
press in M (roll pin) to lock patch to assembly.
test latch function for proper direction. you may have to loosen window assembly and rotate 180* for adjustment.
if latch is in wrong position, use small allen wrench or other item to carefully push roll pin (M) out to release latch from cam.
after adjusting proper direction, check that window closes, latches and locks. then make sure it opens again

L may not have a hole drilled in the end for K to protrude outward.
K is the release button that "locks" the latch in place when window is closed
