Default RE: Hard Starting Dodge

We had a 94 before getting our 03...that thing started like a charm, just hit the switch and it was running. I think even once we get the heater relay solenoid fixed....that is why it won't start if it get's down in the low 50's to 40's...has to be plugged in...it will still crank quite a few times before starting. My husbands nephew works at a Dodge place he told us that they do have a thing where they can reset the computer for what they call a long crank....he said that is a big problem with some. He reset ours, helped a small bit but he said we won't see a big difference until we find the heater relay solenoid...the motor isn't heating up right. Or however that goes, it's just not working right.
