Default Amsoil bypass filter

I have to send me bypass filter back (BMK11) thought I had a bad filter, darn thing was leaking barely have 7k km on it. So I buy another install it and darn again, she leaks! Called the Amsoil tech guy and I had to pull the system out and send them the"plate" for "study"!? After I had it out I reinstalled filter onto the plate looks like the "nipple" is tapped into the plate at a slight angle, which means the filter is not seating squarely on the plate!! [:'(]grrrr.... So I'll be testing their warranty policies!

That sucks man. I'm confused as to what the problem is butI hope you get it squared away. Mine is doing good no leaks at all.
