I was wondering if anybody know's of any good mexican food places (NOT TEX-MEX) here in San Antonio? Also are there any good truck accessory places that I might wonder around and drool over all the thing I would like for my truck? Thanks for any advice.[sm=deal.gif]

 

El Chaparell in Helotes. There is none better. I grew up with the owners (Gabe and Carlos) and i worked for there dad the original owner. The family fajitas will actually feed a family. They also have one in Boerne. Its on Bandera road.

If you acn make the drive to Junction , Tx they have a BBQ joint named Coopers, I personally think its the best i've ever tasted. Stay away from Mexican food on river walk area. Its over priced and is not good they cater to the gringo. If you need an where else let me know. I lived there for 29 years.
