i know most of you here dont like to support the big D corporation but and oem battery serves the purpose when the truck was new why not buy another from them again and get the job done. they still service them just get one

For some reason I didn't think that you could replace only one bad battery. I thought that if one went bad you were supposed replace both batteries.

the old body of the 80's and early 90's diesel pickups only had one giant battery under that hood when the BE/BR body of 94 came along they started using two batteries for more reserve power. still suggest a mopar original replacement man had great luck with the orginals in my pickup and now am only on my 1st replacement batteries which i installed back in 2002 so just feel that they do alright .
