I have only had my 08 ram for two weeks now and last night I went around a turn and had a car comeing at me on my side. My reaction was to turn away and there happen to be a small tree there. I got lucky and it only scratched the mirror. the scratches dont seem to be that bad you can't feel them in the plastic you can just see the white lines from the branches. Is there any way to get them out. thanks

 

I'm guessing you're talking about the black plastic and not the glass itself.

I had a little incident with my mirror in a carwash[:@] I used some black shoe polish and a green scotch brite pad. Cleaned it up okay but didn't help the big chunk of plastic that's broken out of it.
