ha ok slim jim i was thinking about that but id never tough about making goose meat dryed sticks...
i dry geese, horse and beef meat into chewable cube and slice when im out in the woods for hunting of wood chopping and when we goes out on quads for weeks-ends...
this is handy and not taking much space, cuz sandwitch are boring

kk i understand, nope i never tough about this either,i roast them whole or by parts

i sell a couple of them too, worth much here cuz were only 2 in my area to raise that,i raise about 30 goose,20ducks,100chikens,10 turkey a year and a couple rabbits
but the other who raise them as well raise near 100 gooses a year but im doing that for fun and i likes thoses big birds so i dont care much
a whole fresh goose can net near 75$ when big enough..
a fresh duck can get close to 25-30$ and is about half as big as the goose
