Default Aftermarket xm

Anyone know if our radios have the old type of antenna plug ins? I am going to put in an fm modulator for the xm radio and I wondered if I need any special adaptors for some weird antenna plug?

My truck is an 07 with the built in sirrius. I bought a plug and play reciever after my free year was up. I wanted to be able to take it with me in the house and my milwaukee job site radio (anyone who wants a good jobsite radio....get the milwaukee) I hated all the wires in my truck, so I bought an extension cable to extend the factory antenna from behind the glove box through a hole I drilled into the little cubby under the radio.
I bought my cable here: http://www.xm-radio-satellite.com/in...amp;ProdID=280
It's the cheapest one I found, but its 20 ft long. The cable ends in my truck are the SMB type. This cable is the same, and the other end plugs into my Sirrius player. I also bought a power supply that I am going to hard wire to the back of my cig plug so that it still turns on and off with the truck. If you have any other questions, let me know. If you want pics, I could go take some for ya.

Ohh....Does your radio have the AUX input? If so, then I would recommend hard wiring the reciever and the factory radio together. It sounds much better than the FM modulator.

After reading your post again.....I think you are asking about the FM antenna and not the Sirrius one. I'm not sure what type the FM antenna is, I could go and pop my radio out quick and look if you want.
