Ram Tough?

It could be that the frame was over loaded at one time and weaked it. I've seen a few Ferd bend from the bed being over loaded. What I can't see is if this truck was hooked to a trailer or not. Anyway with the truck on to the cement rail, the weight of the front half of the truck was to much and bent over.
Look closely at the 3rd picture posted there. See the flatbed utility trailer in the left of the frame? The only reasonthat trailer would be in the frameis if it were hooked to the back of that Dodge.
Most likely the guy lost control on the ice, jacknifed and the trailer pushed him up over the edge of the bridge. The weight of the trailer kept the back of the truck on the bridge decking while the weight of the Cummins hung over the edge. The frame just couldn't take that stress.
