I was just wondering now that I'm running my 35"s if it is safe to put my stock size spare on or do I need to get another 35" to keep on the truck.

I would normally put the spare on the front, but I'm not sure where the front drive disables and don't want to damage anything!

Just thought I'd ask before something happens and its to late!

it would be safer to go ahead and get another 35 and mount to the spare. . .even though the front is a open diff. . .the difference in wheel speed may cause the ABS to pitch a fit.

Good point on the ABS, my friend witha powerjoke has tried talking me outta a full size spare but he has manual locking hubs so he doesn't spin the axles if I'm correct... but I've seen him run his stock spare on the rear in place of a blown 35" all the way from FL to PA...crazy
