Yeah, it sucks, but I honestly don't think the guy is going to screw me out of the cash. He's a 20+ year military man, a Navy diver. I found the intake on craigslist out there, not ebay, so that's why we were both unsure of how to handle things. I think he just inhaled a little too much of that mixed gas over the course of his career and now he's either forgetfull, or paraniod.

I hear ya Drew

I've done quite a few dives myself, but I never had the desire to push myself into the danger zone or try to prove anything to anyone. I think the deepest I've gone was something like 100 or 120 feet. Not too deep at all by todays standards. I was more the kinda guy who was like "Hey, that's a pretty fish, OK, lets get back on the boat and have a beer !"

I tried that, but kegs float. Every time I tried to take one down, it would pop me back up to the surface as if to say," Hey man, there's no need to risk death, the parties up here !!"

Yes, I just got my check back yesterday from the guy. he even felt bad and gave me a check for 5 bucks because I had generated a UPS return label.

WHEW !!!

Yes, MPG's are all I am ever interrested in. I've always said that I wasn't looking for a race truck, I was just trying to build the coolest most economical daily driver that I could. Steve said that his intake increased his MPG's, so that's why I tried to get this one.
