anyway I'm back with a loaner. it was sad seeing the ol' girl on the back of a GMC 5500 but oh well. I did give a quick thought about upgradeing to a Don Thuren steering and adjustable trac bar, but I just dont have the scratch to go to that at the moment. if the trac bar is bent I may tell David to put one on order since while they are replacing anything thats bent, also installing my leveling kit and bilstiens.

last but not least, Kevin. . .your running Davids phone bill up. . .stop calling so much

 

I'm sure Dave can make that trac bar so that it needs replacing

Dang dude that sucks. I did very near the same thing with my 99 Ferd. Went over to my neigbors house and parked in his driveway, went to pop the hood and pulled the wrong lever. My truck started towards his camper and I damn near broke a finger while applying the parking brake with my hand! Ever since then my truck is ALWAYS in 1st gear and the brake on when parked, and in my driveway I use a couple chocks for added safety.

BTW, congrats on the taco being revived.

and i thought running the side of my truck into an iced over snow bank was bad today.... come to find out drews got me beat by 110%...

its hard looking at that buddy, but as i have already seen in parts/service other thread..... your leveling kit looks nice
