ATS vs Suncoast/ Flexplate Yea or Nea?

ATS vs Suncoast/ Flexplate Yea or Nea?
I finally got the cash to do my driveline upgrades. I want to be able to safely run my 100HP smarty tune.
Suncoast is in my town recommended a SC torque conv., valve body and input shaft for $2552
I'd have to order ATS but they have the 5disk TQ. Conv. instead of the SC 3 disk. Is it worth going out of the way to get, how much can they each handle?
He said I'm borderline on having to upgrade my Flexplate, I have no clue, what do you all think?
He said with the new valve body boosting my tranny pressure, mytransmission itself"SHOULD" be safe with a constant 100hp tune but recommend a temp gauge for towing (I plan to get triple pillar set up soon anyways).

I'm in your boat about not knowing much as far as tranny's go. All I remember is Triton saying that nobody runs ATS except for the folks getting sponsored by them. Not sure why, but that's what I remember him saying. I know he was running suncoast in his truck and had good things to say about it.
My vote would be for the suncoast stuff and if you trust this guy, a flex plate too depending on the price. If it were me and it was one of those "well, it should be fine" type of things, I'd try to upgrade it if possible.
That's my .02 on it, althought I'm not sure it's worth that much seeing I don't know much about it.

Yeah I'm gonna run by there right now and see what he wants for a flewplate as well...no sense in breaking one and then having to pay to have them tear it all apart again right!? Still looking for more put thought guys...Thanks chewy
BTWI don't know anyone that has ATS I know 2 guys that have a suncoast set up from this guy both powerstrokes though, Both wentwent to the diesel show with me this weekend and I was behind one and suddenly get a steady rain of tranny fluid all over my truck cause his started blowing out all around the mag-tec panthey put on. we tightened it up and its fine made it there and back at least. but little details like that getting missed make me skeptical, course he has had it in there a while, may have vibrated loose....?

Something makes me think that Diesel Demon just got an ATSand was RAVING about it. He was VERY impressed with how beefy it was and that they gave him 6 mounting holes instead of 4 ... something like that.
