question about fuel additive

My 2001Dodge cummins has 220,000 highway miles with no major issues. I heard recently that it was good to add 2 stroke oil to the fuel. I would appreciate any comments pro or con. thanks,Richard

some of us use Power Service diesel kleen ..1/2 bottle for the 30 gal tanks at fill up.

somebody was testing 2 sroke. I have no updates.

I was down to getting 14mpg around townnot using anything, then went back to using the 16oz PS and 8oz-2 stoke and got 15mpg the last tank in town
