Stupid brakes.......
I don't quite follow
The reason that I changed the lines was after putting on new brakes, rotors, and calipers, my Ram STILL was kinda hard to stop, and kinda pulled to the right when breaking. Once replacing the lines, everything was fine. The lines on the outside appeared absolutely fine.

Ok... Being I just got done fixing this problem I know exactly what to do...
First off this is what happened to me... I had both rear brakes (disc) binding up randomly and eating up my MPG's. But I could be cruise down the road and seeing high pyro and highier than normal boost pressure to maintain normal highway speeds. I would pull over and check the rotor temps and they would be either warm to the touch or smoking hot!
So after taking apart the rear calipers I found the piston have gotten crudy. I disassembled them and wash the calipers and part in hot soapy water and completely air dried them. You got to remove the weather boot and the inner seal. The take your piston and it should drop into the bore without any help or pushing. If it doesn't you got to clean the bore and the piston. In my case the piston is a plastic/resin material. I was able to lightly sand it with 100-200 grit sandpaper to correct the fit. I made sure that the pistons would drop in place and wouldn't bind. I would rotate the pistion 90* and try again to be sure the piston where even.
After that I got brand new seal from the Dodge Dealer (~$2 bucks a seal) and replace every seal in the rear caliper. During reassembly I sprayed the pistons with brake fluid to lube the piston and seal during assembly.

Here is what the testing of the piston should look like. The bore should not have a seal in it... The piston should fall all the way to the bottom without aid of pushing or tools...

yeah 02s have 4wheel disc....
i got pissed when i found out i only had abs in the rear.. motha focker, cheap *** chrysler bastards....yeah i know most of your breaking force is from the rear but i still want to be able to steer when my foots through the floorboard.

Yes the shop simply bled my wallet, thats what they usually do. However they eliminated the possibility of air being trapped in the system and actually reminded me that my calipers would be under warranty. I almost went down and paid for new calipers the day before!

Are your front calipers that big as well? Mine are single piston fronts. Those things are MONSTERS compared to what I've got up front.
