Default tire/wheel choices, please help

I've really been wanting to put new wheels and tires on my 06 ctd 4x4 and I'm having a heck of a time deciding which route to go. I difinately want to stick with 33's and a leveling kit but there are so many choices. I've considered 33/12.5/17 and 17x9's; 33x12.5/18 & 33/13.5/18 on 18x10's; and 33/12.5/20 & 33/13.5/20 on 20x8.5 or 20x10's. I don't want my tires to rub at all so maybe that can help narrow things down a little. What are your setups and suggestions for me? Any and all help is appreciated!

I can tell you what not to get. Dick Cepek DC-1 rims in black, after 3 months on the truck the clear coat peeled off and started pitting. Don't get Hankook Dynapro MTs. Terrible to balance, lousy on wet roads, noisy, wander all over. I bought 35's and actually measure 34". I hate them.

I've got a 2" level up front and 35"x12.50 procomp xtreme a/ts love them but they do rub at full lock, If you want 33s get them, but I highly recommend the ProComp Xtreme A/Ts silent on the highway yet worthy in the mud...

33X12.50X18 mickey thomson baja atz radial slt mounted on 18X10 moto metal 951b wheels would be my suggestion on your truck. I know alot of people who run those tires and absolutely love them. I will suggest to not get nitto terra grapplers but i have personally run the mud grapplers and they are awesome but loud. I think black wheels on mineral gray would look good- personal opinion. If you keep more of a factory offset on whatever wheel you choose with your leveling kit you can fit 35's.
