high speed tires

A friend of mine was wondering if anyone has seen any 10 ply tires that have a high speed rating of at least 140 mph,

Also, what size tires is he needing? Any specific brand or tread pattern? i.e. Mud Terrain, All-Terrain, Racing, High Performance, ect.
