Default Rear Leaf Springs

If there is anybody out there that has a stock (yeah right!) 2nd Gen 2500 4x4 could you take a pic of your rear leaf set up? I would like to compare to mine to see which leaf was added to give it the lift. I am thinking about taking it our and adding airbags so I can get alittle bit smoother ride when not loaded with the boat- which only happens in the summer mostly on weekends.

Thanks!

I'm willing to say you may have a block added above the axel.

now if it is a spring setup, all the springs were replaced.

There is definately a block there, but I thought all the 4x4 came with one - my brother-in-laws had one when he bought his.

Hmmm.

there is a block, however some lift kits have another block to add, or a taller one to take its place

Thanks Mayfair! Mine has a total of 6 leaves under it. And the block also looks taller than the one you have.

Thanks guys! This board kicks butt.
